The graphic above lists newspapers that either endorsed President Trump in 2020, or newspapers (or their parent company, which you'll need to look further down to find out what all specific newspapers the big parent companies include) having a percentage of contributions (in U.S. Dollars) donating a majority amount to Republicans, as opposed to Democrat candidates/parties/affiliated groups, seeking national office during the 2020 election cycle. The donated by employees, or owners, of the companies listed, and those individuals' immediate family members, based on data collected from www.opensecrets.org.
In some instances the money was possibly donated by the actual company, but the bulk of it typically comes from individuals within the company, or immediate family members of individuals within the company. The only way I'm discussing the actual organization is if I reference it as "the organization itself", otherwise, I'm talking about the jargon mentioned above (individuals within the company, owners, employees, direct family, etc.). In some instances, the money considered contributed may come from PACs affiliated with the mentioned organization.
Let's start off by saying that newspapers are a little more difficult area to research. So, not only will I consider political donations, but also the endorsements of the newspapers. According to https://bit.ly/3nGonp6 The Las Vegas Review-Journal is the largest newspaper to endorse Trump in 2016 and 2020. Also, in 2016 it was the largest newspaper to endorse Trump, period. However, in 2020 the New York Post endorsed Trump, making it the largest paper to come out in support of President Trump (approximately four times the distribution number of the LV Review-Journal).
The Las Vegas Review-Journal was the only newspaper in the country with a distribution of over 50,000 to endorse President Trump in 2016. In 2020, The Spokesman Review (out of Spokane, Washington) became the only paper on this list to have endorsed Hillary Clinton in 2016 but then see the light by 2020 and give President Trump the official endorsement.
Also endorsing Trump on the list in 2020 was The Blade (Toledo, Ohio), Boston Herald, Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (Little Rock), and the two prior mentioned, Las Vegas and NY Post.
Taking a lot at how each newspaper (if data was available for those affiliated with the paper) or newspaper's parent company donated, we get to the old:
Finally, Democrats on the Left, Republicans on the Right!
The four parent companies include the newspapers listed below each (Boston Herald is listed on it's own in the chart above because of their 2020 endorsement of President Trump:

Quick note: Some newspapers appear on their own in the database on opensecrets, and some I had to solely use the parent company. So, I may have data for the parent company, and then I may have data for 1 or 2 of their newspapers directly. It just depends on what was available. Lee Enterprises is a great example, as some of their newspapers had stand alone donations, and other were the actual donations tied to a particular paper.
